Terms of Use

The short version: By using Tamam Tasks, you agree to use it legally and fairly. Tamam Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Apple ID or Google account settings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "user") and elblasy.app ("Tamam", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the Tamam Tasks mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") on iOS, iPadOS, Android, and the web.

By downloading, installing, or using Tamam Tasks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Tamam Tasks is a bilingual (Arabic and English) task and project management application. It lets you create tasks, organize them into projects, plan your day, collaborate with invited members, and track your progress.

Some features are free; others require an active Tamam Pro subscription. The free plan has usage limits (projects, collaborators, labels); Pro removes those limits.

3. Your Account

You need an account to use Tamam. You are responsible for:

4. Subscriptions (Tamam Pro)

Tamam Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks:

Subscription prices are displayed in the app at purchase time in your local currency. Current plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

4.3 How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund requests are handled by them under their policies:

Tamam cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through these stores.

4.5 Free trials and promotions

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated at purchase. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

6. Your Content

You own the tasks, projects, comments, and files you create in Tamam ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and back up Your Content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service for you.

You are responsible for Your Content. If you invite collaborators to a project, you are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to see what you share.

7. Intellectual Property

The Tamam Tasks app, brand, logo, design, and code are owned by elblasy.app and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or internal business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of data loss. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical data where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, elblasy.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Cancelling your Pro subscription is separate (see section 4.3).

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Port Said, Egypt, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
